Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle LLC is pleased to announce that Katie Kiihnl Leonard and Kevin J. Rubin have been named as partners in the firm.

Leonard focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters related to simple and complex actions for divorce, child custody, support and modification of previous orders. She is an active member of the Family Law Section for both the Cobb Bar Association and State Bar of Georgia, where she was recently appointed to serve as a member-at-large on the State Bar of Georgia's Family Law Section Executive Committee. She previously co-chaired the State Bar of Georgia's Young Lawyers Division Family Law Committee. In addition, she is a member of the American Bar Association, the Lawyers Club of Atlanta and serves as a guardian ad litem with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.

Leonard earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and her law degree from the University of Memphis.

Rubin counsels clients in all aspects of family law. He has developed his practice with an emphasis on complex and high asset divorce cases, tax and other complicated financial issues, as well as drafting and negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Drawing from his past work experience and information systems masters degree, he has also developed a niche expertise related to the intersection of technology and family law matters, a topic on which he frequently speaks and authors articles. Outside of the firm, he is an active member of the Family Law Sections for the Atlanta Bar Association, the Cobb County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Georgia, as well as a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta.

Rubin earned his undergraduate degree and a master's degree in information systems technology from George Washington University, and his law degree from Emory University School of Law.
